Seven steps. Five gates. No shortcuts.

Each step is a module with section-level saves, version control, and audit events. Completing a form is not approving it: gates record who decided, when, and on what.

Fair decisions, by design

The platform separates who sees what, and when. Evaluation does not depend on anyone’s good will.

Bids hidden until close

Before close, each bid is visible only to the supplier who sent it. After close, the committee receives it under a pseudonym.

Pseudonymous evaluation

The committee declares conflicts of interest, scores by pseudonym, and confirms the ranking before any names are revealed.

A record you can verify offline

Everything that happens in a process is stored as an append-only event. At close, you generate a deterministic audit package that is validated outside the platform.

  1. Append-only events with a hash chain
  2. Create-only external anchors
  3. Ed25519 signatures with keys in Cloud KMS
  4. Offline verifier with external trust roots
  5. Deterministic, downloadable audit package

Market research with sources

An agent finds suppliers and published prices for every line item, keeps the sources, and exports to Excel. Nothing changes without human review.

  1. Chat per process and per line item
  2. Attach your bill of materials (XLSX, CSV)
  3. Export results with sources and snippets
  4. Save findings as Market references

§ 07FAQSheet 07 / 07

The essentials, no fine print

Are bids end-to-end encrypted?

No. Today bids are stored in the platform behind access control: before close only the submitting supplier can see theirs, and after close the committee sees them by pseudonym. Names are revealed once the ranking is confirmed.

Do my suppliers need SSO or an enterprise account?

No. They receive an invitation, set a password for the invited email, and submit their bid from their own workspace.

Is it for small purchases or only formal tenders?

Both. The same flow covers an SMB comparing quotes and a tender with a committee and separate approval.

What does an auditor get?

A deterministic audit package with the process events, and an offline verifier whose trust roots come from outside the package.

Does the price agent change prices or award?

No. It proposes findings with their source; a person decides whether to save them as a reference. It never changes plans, orders, budgets, or awards.

How do we start?

With a demo and a pilot. Before receiving real bids we validate your identity provider, key custody, load tests, and an independent security review with you.

Next step

Run your next tender on 7Procurement.

We walk you through the full process with a case from your operation: from request to verified record.
